The Annabelle-Please-Don’t-Tell! series of chapter books is aimed at elementary school children who are learning to read well and thoughtfully. In “My Complicated Week,” author Carole Lyn Woodring tells the story of 7-year-old Annabelle Merriday, who has 156 secrets. Annabelle gives away some of her secrets, and discovers new ones, during her adventures.
The website was created to market the Annabelle-Please-Don’t-Tell! series, and showcases the beautiful illustrations of artist Kasia Simura.
